Airy, natural lighting, dark room, open, maybe with it's own exit so students don't have to go through the school to go take photos in photography and such

Also, a set of HQ monitors for computer works, as well as a set of graphic tablets, Wacom bamboo's are nice (http://www.wacom.com/bamboo/bamboo_pen.php) I'd bring our digital artists into a new era.
I agree with The first anonymous. though, natural light would be a big plus,
Natural Light is a must for the art departments. And For photography, a bigger darkroom, with more enlargers would be a great bonus. Heating would also be a plus in the rooms.
